Scenario: from meeting to card
- Connect a calendar in planner settings.
- In the agent chat ask: “what’s on today?” or “tomorrow.”
- Get the slot list — without a separate calendar window.
- Ask: “create a Q1 prep task for the client call.”
The card shows up on the matrix and Today. After the call you can append a note from chat — see the agent overview.
When the calendar is not connected
The agent should not fail with a generic parse error. You get a clear hint to connect CalDAV — and you can keep managing tasks without meetings. That is intentional: an honest status beats a invented event list.
What the agent does not do
- It does not invent calendar writes outside the product’s supported flows
- It does not attend meetings for you
- It does not replace priority judgment with a “smart schedule”
