1. Acceptance of terms

By using the website and the AI Planner service (https://ai-planner.dev), you confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

AI Planner is provided “as is”: a web planner with a priority matrix, tasks, optional AI features, and calendar integration. Availability, feature set, and uptime may change without prior notice.

3. Registration and account

You agree to provide accurate information during registration (where required), keep your password secure, and not share access with third parties. You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, other users' data, or infrastructure;
  • use the service for distributing malware, denial-of-service attacks, or circumventing restrictions;
  • upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.

The operator reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of a violation.

5. Integrations (calendar, OAuth)

By connecting Google, Yandex, or CalDAV, you act in accordance with the respective service's terms. AI Planner requests only the permissions you grant on the consent screen and uses them as described in the privacy policy.

6. AI features

Responses and suggestions generated by models may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying the output before relying on it for important decisions. Do not enter information that should not leave your device into AI fields.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service unavailability. Liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for paid features in the past 12 months, or is absent for free usage — unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated; the current version is published at https://ai-planner.dev/terms. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version, unless otherwise required by law.
