AI Planner runs in Telegram as a Mini App: Eisenhower matrix, AI agent, Today, and settings — no separate install. If you already use the web planner, you can link your account to Telegram and get reminders in the bot chat.
How to open the Mini App
Fastest path: deep link t.me/AIPlannerAppBot?startapp. The planner opens inside Telegram — matrix by default, plus Archive and the agent. On mobile, the chat composer respects the keyboard inset.
Linking web ↔ Telegram
- Sign in on the web and open planner settings.
- Generate a Telegram link code.
- Open the link in the bot — Confirm / Cancel appears.
- After confirm, web tasks sync to the Mini App (if already open, close and reopen once).
Without linking, the Mini App works as a Telegram-only account. Link when you want one task list on web and Telegram.
Telegram notifications
After linking and Start in the bot, enable reminder types in settings:
- Overdue tasks — open cards past due date
- Level-up — gamification progress
- Engagement / daily summary — gentle nudges back to the plan
- Winback — if you have been away for a while
Each notification opens the Mini App — not a bot conversation. Shipped details: changelog 0.11.
What the bot does not do
- Does not create tasks from random chat messages — work happens in the Mini App
- Does not push until you Start the bot and enable types in settings
- Does not link accounts without your Confirm tap
